Grace Filled Beginnings

Postpartum Doula Services for the new and seasoned parents.

Welcome, I am grateful you have found your way to this site. My name is Cristen and I hope to be a helping hand to you and your family in these first few weeks after birth. Statistics show that the first 40 days are considered the most crucial for bonding, healing and recovery for both parent and child. My goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible.

A little about me

I’m a wife, mother of three wonderful grown sons, and a grateful mother-in-law. I am also blessed with two beautiful grandchildren who have brought immense joy into my life. My husband and I have been married for 27 years, and have built a home centered around love, faith, and family.

For the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in various ministries dedicated to supporting families, mothers, and children. Through these experiences, I’ve walked alongside many women during some of the most transformative moments in their lives. Each step of this journey has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges and profound joys that come with motherhood.

Now, as a doula, I’m excited to share not only the wisdom I’ve gained from my professional experience but also the personal lessons learned as a mother and grandmother. It’s an honor to provide compassionate support and guidance to families, helping them navigate the beautiful yet complex moments of welcoming new life into the world.

My role

As your doula, I’m here to make your transition into parenthood as smooth as possible. I will provide reliable evidence based information, reassurance, and hands-on support, from light household tasks to newborn care and feeding. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence you need to embrace this new chapter with joy and ease. Together, we’ll navigate the twists and turns of early parenthood, fostering a strong bond between you and your little one every step of the way. Welcome to this beautiful journey — I’m honored to be by your side.
